Finard & Company LLC announced it was awarded the management contract for Cowesett Corners, a 144,264-square-foot retail strip center anchored by a Super Stop & Shop Supermarket located on Route 2 in Warwick, R.I. The contract was awarded by Crow Holdings.
“Finard & Company currently handles several properties in the Warwick area,” stated William Lawler, Finard & Company’s vice president of retail property management. “It’s the kind of center we’re uniquely qualified to manage.”
Headquartered in Burlington, Mass., Finard & Company provides several real estate services. The firm’s current portfolio includes more than 10 million square feet of retail, office and industrial properties.
