CENTRAL FALLS – Massachusetts-based developer JJL LLC has begun a redevelopment of two buildings into new apartments.
The properties are at 548 Roosevelt Ave. and 19 Hedley Ave. and will be converted to 14 apartments. The units will be in one- or two-bedroom configurations, according to a news release.
Completion is expected in January 2019.
