Cherrystone Angel Group gives early green light to 3 ventures

CHERRYSTONE ANGEL GROUP recently held a pitch night in which it heard from seven ventures and chose three for further investment consideration.

PROVIDENCE – Three out of seven hopeful innovators received encouragement during a recent pitch night hosted by Cherrystone Angel Group.

Seven early-stage ventures, including health care devices and innovative construction materials, were presented to 120 Cherrystone Angel Group investors and guests at District Hall in Providence. Pitches were evaluated for possible investment by Cherrystone members.

Three ventures were chosen for further investment consideration:

  • Vitae, a producer of personalized medication for precision medicine using 3D printing technology.
  • My Moc, a supplier of a customized, personal digital library for state licensing and board certification requirements and continuing medical education.
  • CathBuddy, a developer of a reusable catheter system to reduce urinary tract infection and improve the standard of care for individuals who use intermittent urinary catheters.
