Chester F. Mosher Jr. has been promoted to vice president, administrative services at Bank Newport from assistant vice president, administrative services. He has been with BankNewport since 1972. In his role, Mosher is responsible for managing the bank’s support services. He is a member of the American Records Management Association of Rhode Island/Massachusetts and the Institute for Supply Management. •
