Christopher Biggs has been promoted to marketing officer at Amica Mutual Insurance Co. Biggs has worked for Amica since joining the company in 2008 as a communications manager. His previous work experience includes serving as an account supervisor at Cronin and Co. and communications manager at the United Illuminating Co. Biggs will now manage Amica’s national advertising and direct mail initiatives. •
