Christopher Fox has been appointed vice president of consumer counseling for Citizens Bank’s consumer finance division. He joined the bank in 2002 from BenchMark Consulting International in Georgia. Fox earned a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. He is a resident of Forestdale, Mass.
