Christopher Knowles has been promoted to vice president and manager of the colleague assistance line department at Citizens Bank. He most recently was an assistant vice president and operations analyst in the same department, a post he had held since 2004. Knowles joined Citizens in 2003 as an officer and manager in online banking. He lives in Hopkinton.
