Christopher Nocera has been named director of development and communications for the Socio Economic Development Center for Southeast Asians.
He will develop a marketing strategy, coordinate public relations within the Southeast Asian and other community-based organizations and organize all fundraising.
Nocera previously worked for the House of Compassion in Cumberland.
