PROVIDENCE — Citizens Financial Group last week launched a new advertising
campaign, its first with Arnold Worldwide. The ads, part of the bank’s first “brand
essence” campaign, emphasize its tradition and focus on stories of customer service.
The first spots, one 60-second and one 30-second will air Monday, May 28, in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Hampshire and will set the tone for the following three, 30-second ads that will begin running in mid-June.
