The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Newport division and the Coast Guard Research and Development Center in Groton, Connecticut, recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding for Homeland Security and Technical Support, to work collaboratively on the Coast Guard’s Underwater Security Program.
