PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Colibri, a jewelry manufacturer and distributer of consumer goods, has purchased the trademark and some assets of Foster Metals, a men’s jewelry company based in Attleboro, Mass. Colibri said it expects to use the assets to add to its own men’s jewelry line. The purchase price is undisclosed.
