Colleen Bradley of East Providence has been promoted to officer/assistant manager of Citizens Bank’s Rumford office. She had been assistant manager in the same office, where she is also the branch-registered representative for mutual funds. Bradley joined Citizens when it acquired Bank of New England Old Colony in 1990, and has held various branch positions since then.
