CollegeLink common stock suspended from American Stock Exchange

BRISTOL, R.I. — CollegeLink.com, Inc., a company offering services related to high school students’ college searches, said it has been voluntarily suspended from trading its common stock on the American Stock Exchange.

In the company’s 8-K form, CollegeLink stated the suspension will continue until June 8, when it expects to be delisted from trading on the exchange. The company said it began trading its common stock on the NASDAQ Over the Counter Bulletin Board under the symbol “CLGK” yesterday.

CollegeLink’s stock closed at 6 cents per share on May 21st. During the past year, the highest it traded was $1.13. The company lost $1.25 million for the quarter ended March 31, compared to a loss of $1.63 million for the comparable period last year.
