SOUTH KINGSTOWN – A condominium in a gated community of East Matunuck has sold for $1.1 million, the highest price for a condo since the inception of the Multiple Listing Service, according to Lila Delman Real Estate.
The real estate company represented the seller and facilitated for the buyer.
The property at 18 East Pointe Court is among the Pointe Beach Houses, a luxury seaside community that is within walking distance of the ocean and which has a panoramic view of Potter Pond.
The gated association is comprised of 14 custom-designed homes on 5 acres.
