Charles A. Morton has been promoted to director of design division administration and director of project management for the construction division at New England Construction of Rumford. He will administer construction project management and oversee the daily operations of the design division. Morton has been a construction project manager since 1997. He was employed as director of construction services at Jan Companies of Cranston from 1981 to 1997. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Rhode Island in 1983. He resides in Coventry with his wife Sandra and their two children.
