Daniel Kertzner has been appointed vice president for grant programs at The Rhode Island Foundation. He began working at the foundation in 2007 as a grant programs officer. In total, he has more than 14 years of experience in nonprofit administration and management. Prior to joining the foundation, Kertzner was a program manager for the Massachusetts Cultural Council. •
