What is the biggest challenge currently facing your industry and how are you responding to it? Maintaining trust and relevance in a rapidly evolving regulatory and technological landscape. In my role, I focus on fostering a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring teams to think critically, and leveraging technology to enhance audit quality and efficiency.
What is the best advice you have ever received? Be comfortable being uncomfortable.
What was your first job? A cashier at CVS Pharmacy.
What advice would you give your 22-year-old self? Trust your instincts, speak up and don’t be afraid to take the leap.
What is your greatest attribute that you bring to your job? My ability to lead with clarity and purpose. I strive to create an environment where people feel supported, challenged and empowered to do their best work.
What is your favorite Rhode Island food or drink? Chowder and clam cakes with a Del’s lemonade.
What is your favorite personal activity/pastime away from the office? Spending time outdoors with my family. It’s my way of recharging and staying grounded.
