Dave Potter has been promoted to managing engineer in the civil division of Pare Corp. He has been with the firm since 2002, serving as senior project engineer. Potter holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Northeastern University and M.S. in construction project management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
