David Connor has been named senior vice president at Harbor Financial Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pawtucket Credit Union. Connor comes to Harbor Financial Services from Fleet Investment Management and prior to that was sales manager with Citizens Investment. He is responsible for overseeing the investment sales function of Harbor Financial Services. Connor resides in South Kingstown.
