Deborah A. Silvia has been promoted to assistant vice president of Slade’s
Ferry Bank. She will continue to manage the bank’s Seekonk, Mass. branch.
Silvia has been with the bank since 1980, when she joined as a teller. She is
a volunteer of Junior Achievement. Silvia and her husband live in Somerset,
Mass.
