Diana DeCesaris of Lincoln was recently hired to be director of operations at Advertising Ventures. She will supervise human resources, finance and administrative personnel. She had been gallery director at Center City Contemporary Arts. A volunteer with the Rhode Island Pride Committee, Center City Contemporary Arts and State Council on the Arts, DeCesaris is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island.
