Diane E. Sendley has been named vice president, director of compliance management, for BankNewport.
She will oversee all aspects of compliance and operational security, legal and regulatory compliance, legislative affairs, and policy development.
Sendley, who joined the bank in 1999, she previously has served as vice president and compliance officer.
She is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Graduate School of Compliance in Washington, D.C.
