Don Saracen has been named president of the New England chapter of the National Speakers Association. Currently, he serves as president of Saracen Sales & Communications, where he speaks, trains and consults with businesses and organizations on improving their communication and business-development skills. He holds a B.S. in communication from Emerson College. •
