Donna L. Constancia has been appointed banking officer of Fall River Five
Cents Savings Bank‘s retail operations department. She has been with the
bank for over 17 years. Constancia is a graduate of the MA School for Financial
Studies at Babson College. She and her husband live in Fall River.
