Donna Mathews has been promoted to vice president in Citizens Bank’s Business Banking Group. She had been team leader in the same position. Matthews is a member of the Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce, a volunteer at Stadium Theatre, and a past president of the American Business Women’s Association. Matthews is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and lives in Lincoln.
