Ed Bard has been named plant manager at Cooley Group’s facility in Pawtucket. In this role, Bard will be responsible for daily operations of the facility by implementing lean manufacturing, cost reduction and production improvement directives. Bard has a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of New Hampshire and an M.A. in business management from Emmanuel College and has served as an Army first lieutenant.
