Trinity College Summer Projects team has won the Thomas and William Gilbane Foundation Project Achievement award. The regional award recognizes project team excellence. Gilbane’s regional department managers and a regional quality manager judge eligible project teams in the areas of leadership, quality, safety and customer focus and satisfaction. The Trinity College Summer Projects team completed a multi-tasked project totaling $2.7 million within 11 weeks. The project involved site improvements in three major areas of the Hartford, Conn.-based campus, including an athletic field expansion, granite bleachers, underground utilities, walkways, parking lots, site lighting and landscaping.
