Edward E. Bambauer has been named chief operating officer of the New England offices of Carlin, Charron & Rosen LLP. He joined the firm in April as a principal. In addition to his new duties, Bambauer will continue to lead the firm’s consulting practice in resource management, change management, operational efficiency, systems and process controls and business process reengineering.
