Elaine Wilcox has joined the Rhode Island Hospitality and Tourism Association as sales and partnership marketing manager. She most recently was marketing coordinator for Neptune-Benson in West Warwick. Wilcox is a communications and advertising graduate of Boston University. She will be responsible for recruiting and retaining food-service and lodging businesses as RIHTA members.
