Ernest A. Almonte has been appointed to the board of directors at the Rhode Island Quality Institute. A former auditor general for Rhode Island, Almonte is currently chief visionary officer of Almonte Group LLC. He is a certified public accountant, certified government financial manager, certified information technology professional and certified fraud examiner, in addition to being certified in financial forensics. •
