Eugene Martin has been elected to the board of directors at the Rhode Island Community Food Bank. Martin was most recently the co-head of Global Leveraged and Acquisition Finance at Morgan Stanley and he has also worked at Bank of America, Credit Suisse First Boston and Donaldson. He holds a B.S. and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. •
