BOSTON – Fidelity Investments, the biggest U.S. mutual fund company, said it has changed managers on its Select Software and Computer Services Portfolio, this year’s No. 3 technology fund, as part of a routine reshuffling. Fidelity tapped Christian D. Zann to manage the $780 million fund, replacing Telis Bertsekas, who will continue managing Fidelity Select Computers Portfolio. Select Software has lost 12 percent this year, the third-best performance of the 326 tech funds tracked by Bloomberg, which have averaged a 40 percent loss.
