Carol J. Lipman has been appointed director of plan administration at the Angell Pension Group, Inc. of East Providence. She joined the company in 1998 and most recently served as a 401(k) technical consultant. Lipman holds the designations of qualified pension administrator and qualified 401(k) administrator from the American Society of Pension Actuaries. She is a resident of North Easton, Massachusetts.
