
Age-Friendly Rhode Island, a Providence-based nonprofit advocating for inclusive communities for older adults, reports the percentage of Rhode Islanders 65 and older will grow from 15.8% of the population represented in 2014 to 23.1% by 2030. Amidst this population surge, the organization received a $330,000 grant in August from Point32Health Foundation – the philanthropic arm of Harvard Pilgrim Health
