The Board of Directors of FleetBoston Financial has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.843750 per depositary share on the corporation’s Series VI 6.75 % Perpetual Preferred Stock (FBF PrG).
The preferred stock dividend is payable on July 15, 2002 to stockholders of record on July 1, 2002.
