PROVIDENCE – Helena Buonanno Foulkes continues to hold a commanding lead in the Democratic gubernatorial primary on Sept. 9, according to the latest Value of Voices poll release on Tuesday by Salve Regina University’s Pell Center. The poll surveyed 857 likely primary voters, with 48% saying they would vote for Foulkes, 28% choosing incumbent Gov.
