PORTSMOUTH – Four waterfront lots in the Sakonnet Bluffs neighborhood in Portsmouth were sold in two transactions for a combined $2 million, Hogan Associates announced Thursday.
A 5.66-acre parcel consisting of three contiguous waterfront lots was sold for $1.6 million to Aquidneck Financial LLC and a 1.2-acre water view lot was sold to Dr. Robert Borkowski for $465,000.
The seller was Sakonnett Bluffs LLC.
Both the buyers and sellers in the transactions were represented by Leslie Hogan of Hogan Associates.
“It’s rare to find this much acreage on the water,” said Hogan, “and you won’t find a prettier spot for a new home.”
The neighborhood, which was approved and recorded in 2018, has land that features views along the Sakonnet River, looking at Tiverton, Little Compton and the Atlantic Ocean.
