What three words best describe your staff? Caring, integrity, safety.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? Our wellness program is focused on supporting employees’ total well-being: occupational safety, mental/emotional wellness, financial well-being and physical wellness. This helps our employees achieve and maintain their best life at work and at home. We also offer unique benefits, including paid family leave up to four weeks, pet insurance, pre-tax dependent care and health care spending accounts, 529 college savings plan, adoption assistance, personal-time-off donation, paid family leave, and fitness reimbursement program up to $300. The StayWell platform also has life coaches who help our employees. Resources on the StayWell platform can assist an employee dealing with mental health issues.
What was a new employee benefit(s) or initiative(s) in the past 12 months? Flexibility. Those whose role permits it are able to work a hybrid model with a mix of remote and in-office workdays. We also launched our volunteer-time-off policy this year.
