PROVIDENCE – Gilbane Development Co., the real estate development and financing arm of Gilbane Inc., has appointed Jeffrey Resetco as senior development director.
In that capacity, he will enhance the company’s ability to develop student housing from a national platform in critical markets. Both on-and off-campus buildings and partnerships with universities are anticipated.
Resetco previously was a senior director with EdR/Greystar, overseeing public-private partnerships for on-campus developments, including at Lehigh University, South Carolina University, University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and Cornell University.
He holds a master’s degree in architecture from North Carolina State University and a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Maryland.
