Greg Silva has been named vice president, senior financial consultant at Webster Investment Services. Silva brings more than 15 years of industry experience to Webster, most recently serving in a similar position at Citizens Bank. In addition to having a B.A. in finance from the University of Rhode Island, Silva holds the Certified Financial Analyst and Certified Retirement Counselor designations. •
