The sixth annual GRRL Tech – an interactive technology expo designed for high school sophomore and junior girls and their teachers – was held March 9 at Roger Williams University in Bristol.
The event was organized by the Tech Collective and co-sponsored by local companies and the state.
About 300 girls attended its workshops – on topics such as computer information systems, simulation and animation, engineering and biotechnology – and spoke one-on-one with women in the industry.
