PROVIDENCE – Lottomatica SpA said its Providence-based subsidiary GTECH Corp. unit signed a contract with Texas Lottery which includes instant and online lottery services, according to a statement distributed by the Italian exchange.
The value of the contract is between $750 million and $825 million, it said.
