What three words best describe your staff? Skilled, collaborative, grateful.
What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? The firm offers a wide variety of activities that take place annually and throughout the year. Our most notable annual activities include a book drive, backpack drive, Thanksgiving food drive, Christmas toy drive, firmwide picnic and a trivia night. The activities that take place throughout the year include a monthly office social, various lunch-n-learn programs and trainings, and individual practice group outings.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? In 2021, we rolled out a more robust work-from-home/flexible work policy not only for our exempt professional staff and attorneys but also for our administrative staff. We also placed a high priority on promoting many of the “virtual” benefits that are offered by many of our vendors, including Doctors Online, tele-dentistry and our employee assistance program to further support our employees.
