PROVIDENCE – The property at 230 Arlington Ave. in the East Side neighborhood of Providence was sold for $1.3 million, according to Residential Properties Ltd.
The 4,310-square-foot home, called the William Mauran House, was built in 1903. It features four bedrooms and three-and-one-half baths. The Georgian-Revival style home was last assessed at $1 million in 2019. The lot is roughly one-fifth of an acre.
The seller of the property was Mark A. Tracy, who purchased the home for $1.3 million in 2008. The buyers were Rhode Island School of Design Provost Kent Kleinman and Lisa Pincus, according to property records.
The sellers were represented by Jim DeRentis, a sales associate at RPL, and the seller was represented by Kira Greene and Michael J. Sweeney of the Greene |Sweeney team at RPL.
