PROVIDENCE – A brick colonial home on the East Side has sold for $1.2 million, according to Residential Properties Ltd., which represented the buyers.
The house, at 70 Laurel Ave., has five bedrooms and a master suite that includes a marble en suite bath with a whirlpool tub.
The property is within walking distance of amenities.
