PROVIDENCE – International Game Technology PLC subsidiary IGT Global Services has inked a contract with Norway’s state lottery operator, Norsk Tipping.
A customer of IGT since 2012, the new contract has the company providing Norsk Tipping’s new online Bingo game, IGT said in a press release.
“Norwegian players can safely and responsibly enjoy an enhanced digital offering, with proceeds remaining in Norway to support arts, sports and cultural initiatives,” with the new game, said Hans Erland Ringsvold, head of Norsk Tipping.
The five-year contract – part of a competitive procurement – includes provisions for three two-year extensions. IGT will provide its new online Bingo solution and related services, such as room/game, chat host and promotions management, according to IGT.
The online Bingo offering replaces Norsk Tipping’s digital Bingo platform provided by IGT since 2014. The new solution can be used on desktop, tablet or mobile. It also features other IGT digital casino slot and instant-win games within a single game window.
