PROVIDENCE – Gaming technology, products and services company International Game Technology PLC, which has headquarters in Providence, has secured an agreement with Ocean Resort Casino in Atlantic City, N.J., it announced.
The new casino opened its doors with 1,900 slot games connected by IGT casino-management system IGT Advantage, offering IGT games such as Wheel of Fortune, Fort Knox and SPHINX 4D video slots as well. Ocean Resort Casino will also leverage IGT’s remote game server to deliver games to desktop and mobile and offer other gaming offerings such as player promotions and loyalty initiatives.
“Our customers at Ocean Resort Casino are well-positioned to offer their casino guests exceptional customer experiences with real-time loyalty rewards on cutting-edge games and hardware,” said Nick Khin, IGT chief commercial officer of gaming.
IGT has more than 12,000 global employees. Its holding headquarters are in the U.K. In addition to Providence, it also has operating headquarters in Rome, Italy, and Las Vegas.
