Jacquelyn V. Meiser has been named counsel for the municipal infrastructure team at Pannone Lopes Devereaux & West LLC. Meiser has experience in municipal law and has represented utilities, cities and towns in a variety of areas. She is also experienced in matters relating to utility rate-setting and privatization, public finance and procurement law. She holds a J.D. from the University of Baltimore. •
