James Arnold has been promoted to vice president of claim strategies at Starkweather & Shepley Insurance Brokerage Inc. Arnold has been with Starkweather & Shepley since 1993, after working for Ocean State Rehabilitative Services and UnitedHealthCare. He will now be responsible for managing the firm’s division that administers workers’ compensation and disability claims. •
