James E. Doyle has been named vice president and business-development officer for a Pawtucket banking office of Bristol County Savings Bank. Prior to joining the bank, Doyle served 13 years as mayor of Pawtucket. He has been a member of the Bristol County Savings Charitable Foundation – Pawtucket Advisory Board since 2001 and a corporator since 2002. •
